R.B. Sheridan letters to Dear Sir, between 1775 and 1800?

The collection contains two letters. In the first letter, Sheridan writes to Dear Sir, Thursday, undated, from Bruton St., asking assistance for a friend or constituent. The letter contains the watermark of William Jubb ("JUBB" contained within a bell below a shield with posthorn). This exact watermark is not in Churchill, Heawood or Gravell & Miller, but is similar to the watermark in Gravell & Miller dating from 1775, suggesting this letter was probably written after 1775, but before 1794 because Jubb's mill (in Ewell, Surrey, England) last operated in that year. In the second letter, Sheridan writes to My Dear Sir, Friday, undated, from D.L. [Drury Lane] Theatre, about theater business. There is a date on the item of "15th Sept.," but it is written in another hand. This letter contains the watermark "J Wickwar / 1795" (Joseph Wickwar of Bagnor (now part of the civil parish of Speen), Berkshire, England), thus the letter was probably written in 1795 or later.
